Exploring Mindfulness

Are you interested in learning easy and practical skills to manage your stress? Come learn techniques to quiet the mind, calm the body, regulate emotions and improve focus and concentration. Discover the latest findings in the field of neuroscience that support our ability to transform our brains with simple practices. The research proves that applying mindfulness practices increases self-regulation - the ability to be aware of our attention and emotions, and to direct them consciously. Mindfulness promotes the sculpting of the brain’s circuitry for living in the present moment and becoming more aware of the mind-body connection. These simple practices are excellent for everyday living. The current research shows that mindfulness can enhance our abilities as parents, teachers, counselors, healthcare providers and other professionals.
