Authentic Communication

Are you tired of being misunderstood? Do you feel frustrated when the communication process is not working? Come learn and play with a model for authentic communication. Learn how to speak your truth and really listen to what others are saying. We will explore skills and strategies for effective communication and discuss how to EMPOWER your communication process and introduce the Four Agreements, Conflict/Avoidance resolution and authentic speaking and listening plus much more.

• Practice and integrate tools for authentic speaking and authentic listening
• Discuss the challenges of communication
• Identify components of empowered communication
