Authentic Communication

Learn how to speak your truth and really listen to what others are saying. We will explore skills and strategies for effective communication and discuss how to EMPOWER your communication process and introduce the Four Agreements, Conflict/Avoidance resolution and authentic speaking and listening plus much more.
